Weddings, work shuttles, school trips, tournaments, tastings and nights out. Whatever you are planning, there is a bus for it and a coordinator who has booked that exact trip before. Browse our bus rental services by occasion below, or call and describe the day you are trying to organize.

Call any hour, a real person answers
The days people plan for months. Our job is to make the transport the part nobody has to think about, so the schedule holds and every guest ends up where they should be.
Guest shuttles running between hotels, ceremony and reception, plus a late loop so nobody is stranded when the bar closes. We build the timeline around your photographer, not the other way around.
One vehicle collects everyone from across town, waits at each stop, and takes the group home at the end. Nobody has to sit out the celebration to stay sober for the drive.
Room for the court, the dresses and the family, kept together from the church to the photo stops to the reception hall without anyone losing the convoy.
Fixed pickup lists, a confirmed return time parents can see in writing, and a professional driver instead of a borrowed car. Schools can book chaperoned group bookings directly.
A multi stop night with the driver waiting between venues. Bring your own playlist and drinks on a party bus, and skip the argument about who is driving home.
Relatives arriving on different flights and staying at different hotels, all delivered to the same place at the same time. Grandparents get a low step entry and a restroom on board.
Single events or routes that run every weekday. Corporate accounts get one point of contact, consolidated invoicing and vehicles held on standing reservation.
Client visits, team offsites and airport runs, plus recurring routes between offices, job sites and transit stations. Monthly contracts available with fixed pricing.
Continuous hotel to venue loops timed to your session schedule, with extra vehicles added for keynote mornings and closing night. Branded signage available on request.
Fixed loops between remote lots, campuses and office entrances, running on a published headway. Ideal when parking runs short or a site is hard to reach on transit.
Base camp to location runs at call times most companies will not staff, with space for gear and drivers who understand a shooting schedule that moves by the hour.
Trips where the paperwork matters as much as the bus. We supply driver screening records, insurance certificates and vehicle details in the format your district or league requires.
Day trips, college tours, band and choir travel, and overnight class excursions. Seat belt equipped vehicles available on request, with background checked drivers on every booking.
Players, coaching staff and equipment in one vehicle, with luggage bays for kit bags. Drivers are used to tournaments where the schedule shifts on the morning of the game.
Congregations, senior centers and community organizations, usually travelling on a fixed budget. We quote these trips with the full cost up front so treasurers are not chasing extras afterwards.
Retreats, regional conferences, mission trips and weekly service runs. One coach keeps the congregation together instead of splitting into a dozen volunteer cars.
Unhurried schedules on coaches with low step entry, handrails and an on board restroom. Drivers are briefed to allow extra loading time at every stop.
Longer distances and multi stop routes, where the difference between a good day and a long one is a driver who already knows where a full size coach can park.
City tours, multi day itineraries and travel agent group bookings. Open top double deckers are available in select markets for sightseeing routes.
Arrivals tracked in real time so the bus moves with the flight, not the original schedule. Meet and greet pickup for groups landing on separate flights.
A tasting route with the driver waiting outside each stop, which is the only sensible way to do a vineyard day. We can suggest routes if you have not picked the stops yet.
Late pickups, multiple venues and a group that grows by three people at the last minute. These trips run on party buses and limo buses, quoted hourly with a minimum booking.
Drop off at the venue door and a confirmed pickup point for after the encore, when every rideshare in the city has surged. The bus stays yours for the whole night.
A set departure and a set return, so everyone knows when the bus leaves. Popular as a recurring monthly booking for clubs and social groups.
Once we know the occasion, the vehicle usually picks itself. These are the four we book most, and an agent will confirm the right size once we have your headcount.
45 to 56 passengers
18 to 35 passengers
14 to 40 passengers
10 to 14 passengers
Most companies sell you a bus and leave the planning to you. We start from the event, because a wedding shuttle and a factory commuter route need completely different thinking even when they use the same 56 seat coach.
Every booking comes with the full vehicle, a licensed professional driver, and a coordinator who stays reachable from the first quote through the last drop off. The driver stays with your group for the duration, so the bus waits at each stop instead of leaving and coming back.
Quotes are itemized. Driver hours, fuel, mileage, tolls and parking are all inside the number you approve, and we do not charge a booking fee on top. If the price changes it is because your itinerary changed, and we tell you before the trip rather than after it.
Not every group books once. Employers running commuter shuttles, universities moving students between campuses and hospitals covering shift changes need the same vehicle and ideally the same driver every week. We set those up as contracts with fixed monthly pricing, a named account manager and consolidated invoicing.
Recurring clients also get first call on vehicles during peak season, which matters more than it sounds in May and December when every coach in the region is already committed.
Groups over 56 people need more than one bus, and that is where most bookings go wrong. Two vehicles arriving twenty minutes apart turns a clean arrival into a crowd standing on a sidewalk. We stage multi vehicle bookings from a single dispatch point so they arrive together, and we give you one contact rather than one per bus.
Four to six weeks covers most trips. Wedding season, graduation, prom and the winter holidays are the exceptions, and those dates start filling three to six months out because every operator in the region is working from the same limited pool of vehicles. If your date falls in one of those windows, get a quote early even if the details are still loose. A soft reservation costs nothing and protects the vehicle while you confirm numbers.
Describe the trip and we will sort it out
Reservations answered 24 hours a day
Most groups go from first call to confirmed reservation on the same day.
Share your dates, stops and headcount by form or phone. Rough plans are fine. We will help you tighten the timing.
You get an itemized price with the vehicle, driver hours, tolls and parking spelled out. Nothing gets added afterwards.
Vehicle and driver details are confirmed before the trip, and an agent stays reachable through the last drop-off.
If yours is not here, an agent can answer it on the phone in a couple of minutes.
Yes. The categories above cover what we book most often, but the underlying service is the same: a vehicle, a driver and a schedule. We have handled everything from cast and crew moves to evacuation transport for care facilities. Describe what you need and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
Both. Multi day charters keep the same vehicle and driver for the full trip, with overnight accommodation for the driver built into the quote. Multi vehicle bookings run on one itinerary with one invoice and a single coordinator, which is how we handle weddings and conventions that need four or five buses moving together.
Yes. Employee shuttles, campus routes and parking loops are usually set up as monthly or annual contracts with fixed pricing, a named account manager and consolidated billing. Longer commitments also secure vehicles through peak season, when availability gets tight for everyone.
ADA equipped vehicles with lifts and securement positions are available across most of our service area and can be booked for any occasion on this page. Supply is limited, so mention accessibility with your first quote request rather than after booking so we can hold the right vehicle.
It depends on vehicle size, driver hours, mileage and season. Party buses and limos are quoted hourly with a minimum booking. Charter buses and coaches are quoted daily or per mile. The fastest way to get a real number is the form at the top of this page, and quotes are free whether or not you book.
Send the itinerary and we will come back with a written quote, or call and build it with an agent in a few minutes.
