About us

We arrange group transportation. Somebody calls with a headcount, a date and two addresses, and we find the right vehicle from an operator near them, at a price that holds.

We do not own the buses. We work with motorcoach operators across the country, check their licensing, insurance and safety records before they can accept a booking, and stay on the trip as the point of contact from the first quote to the last drop off. That model is why we can cover a hundred cities without sending a coach three states to reach you, and why the vehicle assigned to your trip is confirmed rather than promised in advance.

Most of what we do is unglamorous: checking whether a venue can take a 45-foot coach, spotting that a group of 30 with luggage needs a bigger bus than the seat count suggests, and answering the phone at three in the morning when a flight lands late.

How we work

Four commitments that shape every booking. They are easy to write down and harder to keep, which is why they are worth stating publicly.

We check the operator, not just the price

Current federal operating authority, commercial insurance at or above federal minimums, driver screening and maintenance records. Verified before an operator can take a booking through us, and rechecked rather than assumed. We will hand you the USDOT number if you want to look it up yourself.

The quote is the invoice

Driver hours, fuel, mileage, tolls and known parking sit inside the number you approve, and we charge no booking fee. The costs that fall outside it, like gratuity and driver lodging, are named before you pay rather than after the trip.

A person answers, at any hour

Reservations and live trip support are staffed around the clock, because delayed flights and changed venues do not wait for office hours. During your trip you have a coordinator, not a queue.

We will tell you to book something cheaper

If a mini coach does the job, we say so rather than selling you a 56-seater. If your date is quiet enough to wait, we say that too. Being right more often than we are profitable on any single booking is how the repeat business works.

Who we work with

Roughly half our bookings come from organizations that travel repeatedly, and half from people organizing one trip they will remember for years. Both matter, and they need different things from us.

Organizations booking repeatedly

School districts, universities, corporate travel teams, athletics programmes, hospitals, churches and production companies. These bookings live or die on paperwork and reliability, so they get a named account manager, invoicing against purchase orders, certificates of insurance sent without being chased, and fixed pricing on contracted routes.

People organizing one big day

Weddings, reunions, milestone birthdays, proms and nights out. These are usually someone’s first time booking group transport, and the job is as much explaining as arranging. Expect to be asked about your photographer’s timings and whether the venue can take a coach, because those are the questions that decide whether the day runs smoothly.
