Why there is no instant bus quote button
Plenty of sites promise an instant bus quote. What they actually show you is either a very wide range or a worst-case number they revise once a human reads the request. We would rather take an hour and give you a figure you can budget against.
Two trips with the same headcount can differ by thousands
A 50-person charter bus price quote depends on where the vehicle starts, how many hours the driver works, the season, and whether your date collides with a convention or a graduation weekend. An algorithm that has not seen your itinerary is guessing at all four. Ours does not guess, because a reservation agent checks real availability from operators near your pickup point before quoting.
What the number includes
Driver hours, fuel, mileage, tolls and known parking are all inside the figure you approve, and we do not add a booking fee on top. The costs that sit outside it are named up front rather than after the trip: driver gratuity, overnight lodging on multi-day trips, venue parking we cannot confirm in advance, and any hours beyond your booked itinerary. You are not committing to anything
A quote is free whether you book or not, and requesting one does not hold a vehicle. If you like the figure we can place a soft reservation while you get approval, which also costs nothing. If your dates are still moving, ask anyway. It is much easier to adjust a quote than to find a coach three weeks before a graduation weekend.

How quickly will I hear back?
Most quote requests are answered within the hour. Complex bookings involving several vehicles, multi-day itineraries or unusual accessibility requirements can take longer, because we are checking real availability rather than generating a number. If you need an answer immediately, calling is always faster than the form.
Does requesting a quote cost anything or commit me?
Neither. Quotes are free, there is no obligation to book, and we do not add a booking fee to bookings that go ahead. Requesting a quote also does not hold a vehicle, so if you want the date protected while you get approval, ask for a soft reservation.
What if my dates or numbers are not final?
Send what you have. Most quotes start from an incomplete picture, and an agent will tell you which gaps actually affect the price. Headcount and timings move the number most, so rough figures for those are more useful than leaving them blank.
Can you invoice my school, church or company?
Yes. We invoice against purchase orders and can supply a W-9 and a certificate of insurance for your accounts payable or risk team. Mention it in the notes field and the documents come with the quote rather than after you chase them.
Will the final price match the quote?
For the itinerary you approve, yes. The price changes only if the trip changes, such as extra hours on the day or a route that grows after booking, and we tell you what that costs before it happens rather than adding it to the invoice afterwards.
What do you do with my information?
We use it to price and arrange your trip, and we share the necessary details with the operator assigned to it. We do not sell your details to anyone, and you can ask us to delete them at any point.
